This is a great tasting recipe that take minutes to prepare.
Simply crush the garlic and mix with the oil and marjoram.
Rub the mixture on either side of the chicken breasts then rap 3 slices of parma ham over each chicken breast.
Cook in the oven for 30 minutes on 180c. Then check the chicken is cooked through (no pink in the middle). Serve with peas or veg
