Here's a crackin' recipe for some healthy, homemade burgers - ideal for impressing your guests at the barbecue! Chop the Onions and Garlic as finely as possible. Then add to a mixing bowl, along with all the other ingredients. Mix everything thoroughly using your hands. If you have a food processor, use this as well to ensure everything is fully combined together. Roll out 6-8 balls of the mixture and make each burger shape by flattening the burger balls between your palms. If you have time, leave them in the fridge to firm up for an hour. These can be fried, grilled, or for best results, throw them on the barbecue. |

WOW ! These Beef Burgers look truly tempting ! Could you suggest a good accompaniment for these ? AND Wow these Beef Burgers are so easy to make. Did not come across such a convenient dish before. I'd like to add some cheese too to the burger mix. Will that enhance the taste ?

Your burger recipe seems very easy to prepare. However I do not like beef, so instead of that can I use lamb or chicken or turkey ?
