Firstly, prepare the chilli. Chop the end off then cut the chilli length-ways. Using a teaspoon, scrape out the seeds, then finely chop the chilli and set it aside. Wash the celery, dispose of the ends then finely chop and set aside with the chilli. Wash the spinach and finely chop with the rest of the ingredients. Now thinly slice the beef - making sure it's not too thick, otherwise it will take too long to cook. Heat some oil in a pan over a high heat. Once the oil is hot, add ALL the ingredients and stir until the beef is browned. Now add the oyster/soy sauce and stir for a further 2-3 minutes. Then it's ready to serve, going great with rice. |
